Mel and the Art Project Part 4

Position 4

This is the "surely that can't be comfortable" pose. Oh, but it is! I like to show off my dainty and proper side. Some people lift their pinky while they drink from a glass...I show it by contorting my paw while I lay on the floor.

Mel and the Art Project Part 3

Position 3

This position is similar to position 1 but is less relaxed. Note that in this position both hind legs are poised and ready to pounce on any stray tomatoes or carrots that might fall on the kitchen floor.

Mel and the New Food

My mum's been switching my food around! She mixes the new and old types for a few days as to not upset my tummy. From when I was a puppy until about 3, she fed me Eukanuba because that is what the breeder used. For a few years she ended up using one of the grocery store types of Beneful. A few months ago she switched to Royal Canin because it has glucosamine and chondroitin for joint health and was supposed to be tailored to my breed. She did some reading and still felt like maybe there was a better brand of dog food for me. Now we are on to Blue Buffalo. Mum is still worried about my joint health and was eyeing the bag that said "Senior" on it!

Here is a picture of me doing what I do best, sleeping! Then I heard mum's camera and I had to get up and see what she was doing! You can even see the little blockade in the picture!
